The WODr application is designed with the serious athlete in mind! There are plenty of software applications that display some text, give you a clock, and let you know the name of your WOD. Thats all well and good, but WODr takes recording your WODs to the next level.

You work hard improving your performance and you deserve an app. that can truly keep track of your hard earned progress. The data within the app. records far more than just a mere date and time and name of a WOD. It records real data - ie: Power output, speed and strength improvements. This type of information may not seem apparent to the athlete because of the easy to use interface, but it is all there and provides the basis of data for all future progress you - the athlete - will make.

WODr not only downloads the daily WOD from the main site - it also allows you to quickly and easily create your own! So when you walk into your BOX and theres that killer WOD on the board - whip out your WODr app, enter the parameters as you desire, and get that WOD into your log.
